Jim and his partner Chris literally saved us! Our pvc fence was 3 inches shy of 4 ft. We were trying to get our pool approved by the city of Sebastian. I called Jim who came up with the brilliant idea to add a rail to our existing fence. We got a quote and 3 days later job was done with our approval in place. It looks like it should have always been there!!! Great job guys! We highly recommend Colomb construction. Ty so much!
